All Inclusive 5 Night / 6 Day Ranch Program For 2008

thrilling klamath river raftingFor guests who want to sample everything, this is the way to go. This reduced-fare package is all inclusive of lodging, meals, taxes and activities as outlined below. Gratuities are voluntary, divided among all staff, and suggested at 10-15%.

(2008) 5 Night 6 Day Package - $1100.00/adult, $975.00/youth 5-13 years, $875/non-participating senior 65 years and over, non-participant children 4 and younger have free lodging and meals and day-care/baby sitting as needed is $8.00/hour.

Each day's riding schedule includes an early morning intermediate/advanced ride prior to breakfast, and beginner/intermediate rides or lessons between breakfast and lunch.
Monday - arrival and check-in, horse riding orientation, hay ride, pool swimming, campfire games
Tuesday – morning horse-rides or lessons, shooting range, class III rafting with waterfall hike
Wednesday -choice of either 1/2 day trail ride with lunch or 1/2 day kayak & raft trip followed by afternoon tour of swimming holes / karaoke night.
Thursday – horse-rides or lessons, shooting range, excursion to Fish Lake with evening BBQ
Friday - morning horse rides or lessons and shooting range, afternoon class III rafting
Saturday – arena trail riding games, advanced trail ride, jam making or cider pressing (seasonally), departure after lunch. Ask us about adding a rafting trip on the Trinity River on Saturday - $75.00

2008 All Inclusive Daily Guest Ranch Rates (May through October

(2008) $250/night per adult 14 years and over, $225/night/youth 5-13 years, $175/night/non-participating senior over 65, non-participant children 4 and younger have free lodging and meals and day-care/baby sitting as needed is $8.00/hour.

Our daily ranch rate includes private cottage accommodations (based on double occupancy), all meals beginning with dinner on your first night thru lunch on your last day, and the activities available from the corresponding 5-day package dates. Sorry, we cannot provide activities for "daily rate" guests that deviate from the corresponding scheduled 5 night package.

horse riding lessonsThere is a $50/person daily upgrade for overnight wilderness pack trips (limited to available weekends), for drift boat fishing days (two per boat) and a daily $75/party upgrade for lodging in one of our spacious deluxe homes.

Our check-in time is 2:00-4:00 each day and dinner is served each evening at 7:30. All meals are family style featuring home grown garden vegetables, fresh-baked breads, rolls, pies, & cakes. The main course varies each night and features ranch-style BBQ, tender roasted meats, and pastas in fresh sauces. Special diets can be accommodated with advance notice. Meals are plentiful and delicious and NO ONE GOES HUNGRY AT THE RANCH!

STAND-ALONE CABIN RENTALS: Before the Memorial Day holiday and after the Labor Day Holiday we can rent our cabins a-la-carte without full service packages. We can also rent them in our prime season on a "stand-by" basis if you book an open cabin with-in two weeks of the reservation date.

1. Standard cabin with kitchen use: $125/night double occupancy plus $20/additional occupants. Our standard cabin kitchen units have from 3-6 beds.
2. Standard cabin without kitchen use: $100/night double occupancy plus $20 additional guests.
3. Quail's nest Deluxe home: $275/night with a queen, full and bunk bed (would sleep 4 individuals in private beds or a family of 6-7) and has two full baths.
4. Sleepy Hollow Deluxe home: $250/night with a queen, and two twin beds, and one and a half baths.

A-la-carte meals in the dining lodge are $25/dinner (all you can eat, with dessert and drinks included), breakfasts and lunch are $15/person

AIR PORT SUGGESTIONS: For our guests who prefer to fly in, the nearest airport is a two-hour drive from the ranch and we suggest eithercowboy hat the California Arcata/Mckinleyville airport (ACV) or the Medford Oregon airport (MDF). Shuttle service is available at $20/person each way ($100 minimum) and is free to guests staying on our 5 night package. Some of our guests are reducing air-fare by flying to San Fransisco California or Grants Pass Oregon and building a Pacific Coast driving vacation onto their Guest Ranch stay. We are happy to suggest interesting vacation targets for those doing the scenic drive in.
