There are three steps to making a reservation with Marble Mountain Ranch. First, check space availability for your preferred dates and firm up a quote for your vacation (no obligation). Next, review our cancellation policy. Lastly, finalize your reservation date with a deposit payment. Your deposit can be paid via credit card over the phone, via check in snail mail, or via the electronic transmittal forms on this page. We prefer more personal phone based reservations as a start to our friendship, but most of our overseas and cross-country guests find it easier to book electronically and avoid the difficulties of differing time zones and long distance calls.

There is no cost or obligation for checking space availability and getting a quote for your vacation. We have a limited capacity and we highly encourage early availability checks to avoid disappointment over lack of room. If we receive your space check during our business hours, we usually respond on the hour. In other cases we can usually reply within 24 hrs.

Step 2:

Review the cancellation policy and waiver. Then firm your reservation dates with a deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

After you have confirmed space availability and your vacation cost, you should review the following cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is required at the time of your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and at this time your complete fare is considered earned in full and is non-refundable. For all reservations made within the 60 day period prior to arrival, full payment is due upon reservation and is also non-refundable. For reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the deposit is refundable minus a 20% booking fee on the total fare for your ranch vacation. Guests concerned with loss of deposit may want to consider travel insurance available at a nominal fee.  In addition to the various travel insurance options available online, many of the mileage plus credit cards are also offering travel insurance as a free service to entice more usage of their cards.
